Scratches and scuffs/nics to chrome corners and edges, a case would hide most of it. Also has some surface scratches on screen although they dont appear to notice as much if at all when the phone is powered on, (no cracks on screen) Please note there is a dent on the back of the silver surround to camera but it does not effect the camera use at all. Orange on BOX but NOT on phone therefore phone is UNBRANDED.
