I had this phone on contract and as my contract was due to end the charging port had become faulty. Carphone warehouse send it off for repair but replaced the phone instead. I never used it when I had it back as I was due an upgrade. The back of the phone and charger are second hand but in excellent condition. Unfortunately I have misplaced the box and instructions but the instructions can be downloaded. Excellent HD phone.
