Its Unlocked to Virgin Media.
And a Instruction Manual in CD Pack.
The Blackberry Gold case is in NEW Condition. However the blackberry Middle casing is used and as you can see in the picture the 3 top buttons on top have came off. Im sure you could buy a replacement for that for at least £5 and have it done. Apart from that this Gold Blackberry 8520 is all working.
