I am selling this as I have never used it as a phone just an ipod! I prefer android. I am unsure who it is locked to but I know it does not work with o2. It comes with a nice brown leather tough luv case which has a flip front to protect the screen. The screen is in perfect codition however the outer rim does have some marks on it.
